Q What is your payment term？
A Hongmen usually accepts 30% TT at advance, 70%TT before shipment. But for order below 5000usd, we only accept 100% payment when we confirm our order.

Q What’s the lead time?
A Hongmen have a professional transportation team. If you have no designated delivery agent, we will arrange delivery for you as soon as production is completed. For our lead time, usually it is 30 days. For some items that needed to develop new moulds, the time will be a little longer, which will be 45 days.

Q How can I receive the goods?
A For sample orders or small quantity orders, we suggest to deliver by express, such as DHL, FedEx, and EMS. For urgent orders with many items, we suggest to deliver by air. For large batch order, it is better to deliver by ocean. No matter which way you choose, our partner - one of the best local forwarders will provide you the best services at best price.

Q What is your packaging method?
A Hongmen hardware can supply polybag packing, white box, color box, blister packing, and so on. If you have other requirements, we can make your design according to your demands.

Q Can you support OEM or ODM?
A Yes, we can provide both OEM and ODM services to you. You are welcome to tell us your requirements, our experienced engineer will custom and develop the device for you. And your original model will definitely safe with us free of disclosure in other brands. Besides, we can print your own logo on the products and cartons on your demand.
